Consultations and representation

Visiting the site, calling, emailing, or submitting a form does not by itself create a representation relationship, a brokerage agreement, an offer, or acceptance of a transaction. Required agreements and disclosures are handled separately. Discuss services, fees, and obligations with the brokerage before hiring. Commissions are negotiable and are not set by law. A free consultation or market analysis does not require you to hire an agent.

Property information and market analysis

Prices, availability, dimensions, features, and other property information may change and should be verified with appropriate sources. A comparative market analysis is not an appraisal and does not guarantee a sale, a specific price, or a closing date. General guides do not replace review of your contract, property, financing, or transaction deadlines. Seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals for legal, tax, lending, and other specialized questions.

Forms and outside services

Information submitted through contact tools is used as described in our Privacy Policy. FirstFiveMin and external property-search services provide their own notices and conditions. Review those notices before using them. Do not include confidential documents or sensitive account information in public contact tools. Consent choices for automated calls or messages are presented separately by the relevant provider.
