My Home in Vegas is a real estate information and contact website for Frank Becerra with Compass Realty & Management. This policy describes information connected with this site and ways to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

If you call, email, or use an available contact form, you may share your name, contact details, property address, preferences, and message. We use that information to respond to the request, discuss services, and maintain relevant professional records. Do not send identification numbers, passwords, bank details, or confidential documents through a public form.

FirstFiveMin and external services

Where the FirstFiveMin form is available, the provider processes the details you enter and presents its contact and consent choices. Its script and services may receive technical connection information, including your IP address, browser, language, and interaction information. Some checks may occur before a final form submission. Review the provider’s privacy policy and the form’s notices before using it. Consent for calls or messages is presented separately by the service. Calling or emailing Frank directly remains available.

Property-search links open an external Matrix service. Other linked websites apply their own policies. Hosting, email, and service providers may process information needed to operate the website, deliver messages, and protect against abuse.

Maps

The interactive community map loads the Leaflet library from unpkg and OpenStreetMap map tiles. These providers receive technical connection information, including your IP address and map requests. The map does not request your device location. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy information.

Technical data and cookies

The web server and hosting provider may log technical details such as IP address, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. WordPress uses cookies for authorized user sessions. This build does not add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags, or tracking embedded videos. External services you choose to use may set their own cookies or use browser storage under their own notices.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for responding to inquiries, ongoing professional work, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask to review or correct information you supplied or request deletion, subject to any legal recordkeeping obligations. You can stop using a third-party form and contact Frank directly instead. Use any opt-out methods provided in communications or contact the sender with your request.

Privacy requests and contact

Email frank@myhomeinvegas.com with “Privacy request” in the subject or call (702) 776-1092. Identify the request and how we can reply without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need reasonable verification before releasing or changing records. We do not sell your contact information for money.

Security and updates

We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with its effective date. Questions about a provider’s own processing can also be directed to that provider.
