The valley contains incorporated cities such as Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, along with unincorporated areas governed by Clark County. A community may have its own association or neighborhood names, while the public jurisdiction serving a particular address can be different.

Postal city names, master-planned community names, municipal limits, unincorporated town names, and HOA boundaries serve different purposes. Summerlin is a useful example: some areas are in the City of Las Vegas and Summerlin South is an unincorporated Clark County town. Green Valley, Inspirada, Seven Hills, and Cadence are in Henderson. Aliante is in North Las Vegas. Mountain’s Edge is within Enterprise, an unincorporated town in Clark County. Check each property’s exact location rather than assuming from its mailing address.
HOA obligations, access to amenities, prices, and availability differ by property and can change. Review current documents and confirm details with the relevant association, local authority, or professional. Frank can help you look at properties using your own criteria.
